Cancellation and refunds
The owner controls cancellation and requests branch reductions at the end of the verified paid period. The seven-day first-payment refund-request policy supplements applicable mandatory remedies and provider rules; a request or pending status is not proof that a refund was paid.
Usage and failed renewal
